My husband and I just finished eating here. The food was very tasty and delicious! I had the Beef Arroz con Grandules and my husband had the Pork Arroz con Grandules. My husband is Cuban and we were very happy to see that it was similiar to his parent's dishes. View all feedback.
What Edgardo Pagan doesn't like about El Jibarito Restaurant:
Good selection of authentic food from my home, Puerto Rico. Nothing comparable to years ago, different atmosphere, different flavor, different prices. Why don't you change my name then? Be clear with clients. Do not try to run a business in a country that is not yours, you do not know the culture, customs, flavors. Totally disappointing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
Nice little spot but not the Puerto Rican taste we were hoping for. We have vacationed and lived on the island for years so we had a reference to what we were seeking, this was not it. However, the staff was great and the resturant was quaint. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
