What gaurang patel doesn't like about Taj Indian Indo-chinese Cuisine:
This restaurant is the worst of the worst. There is no way they got my order right - I asked for biryani and veg manchurian. Only Indians would know that Taj Indian Cuisine is not running a legitimate restaurant business. They completely ruined my dinner, evening, and wasted my money. Instead of biryani, I was served turmeric fried rice and instead of veg manchurian, I got all purpose flour fried balls smothered in t... View all feedback. read moreTaj Indian Cuisine offers a varied dining experience that elicits mixed reactions from patrons. While some rave about the authentic flavors and friendly service, celebrating favorites like chili paneer and the lunch buffet, others report issues with order accuracy and overly salty dishes. Complaints about timing, particularly regarding takeout, have also surfaced. Despite occasional service hiccups, many loyal customers cherish the welcoming atmosphere and are drawn back for the quality of food and personal touch from staff. For those seeking a vibrant Indian culinary adventure in Maine, Taj remains a standout destination worth exploring.
