Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Portland

Waiting time is long and I have heard that people complain about bad service, but times are hard. I would also be burned with good service if I was working over, underpaid and inappropriate rude customer treated. these people have to rest and work a day behind the counter. I never had a bad experience with one of the employees. this chipotle is much better than other places around the get 5 stars reviews. I'll always eat for standard.

The line was out of the door when I arrived there, the workers got, although it was really fast. the hired were all so nice upbeat my food was delicious!

Chipotle To Go offers a delicious meal for someone from Quebec! I've always enjoyed their bowls. This Chipotle location in Portland is conveniently situated near a shopping center, making it perfect for us. The kids love their children's menu, which includes cheese quesadillas and organic chocolate milk.

The employee addressed the situation without any real concern or apology, and it felt as though they didn't care to address my dissatisfaction. This was also at 1:30 PM, so I assume they had vegetables available, but perhaps they just weren't prepared to grill more at that time. I understand they want to move customers through quickly, but they could have at least offered the option to step out of line and wait for a table. I typically don’t take issue with restaurants, but the staff's poor listening skills and lack of customer care really frustrated me.

Service was O.K. to say the least, BUT....the kitchen area can use a little TLC....lots of visible damage. I understand getting the customer out the door quickly, but can you least not be so sloppy about the food presentation please?? Only my second visit and maybe the last. Not at all impressed.
