This visit was to assess the consistency of food quality, service, and atmosphere. It was our second visit in three weeks to confirm our initial impressions. Unfortunately, the steaks were tough and the food presentation was messy and rushed. Some of my salad even fell from the plate onto the table. I am a regular customer, who loves the food and enjoys a variety of options. The service is great and plenty of seating. The only thing , is when I order chips they are not very hot. Thanks for a wonderful restaurant.
The Pioneer Tavern is more than just the usual “Pub”. Most expected pub classics on the menu are done well and served in fairly generous portions. The staff are courteous, welcoming and efficient. Service was very prompt. Diners can enjoy the light-filled dining area and a generous terrace. We particularly enjoyed the lunchtime specials. Recommended for families, groups and casual dining.
Service is good and being able to order from the table instead of lining up is great so you dont have to leave the table and talk with your table partner’s

We were very disappointed where we we seated as we booked a table for 7 people but we couldn’t talk or hear anyone as our table was in the sports bar which was very loud, the food was very salty and we also complained about the area we were seated in but felt that the staff member did not care,
