What User doesn't like about Winchell's Donut House:
I 've never really had a good friendly service at this location. But, at least, I don 't expect the poorest service like today. When I entered in the early evening today, there were no other customers inside. But, the worker/staff simply continued to ignore my presence standing and waiting for her. I visited the location on Inglewood, and the employees were too busy chatting in groups. One was scanning items, while the others were just having a good conversation. Since 1 PM, I've been trying to call the one on La Cienega, but I've had no luck. Each time I call, the line disconnects after I've been on hold for a while, and when I call back, I end up waiting for another 40 minutes without any response. It's hard to believe they could be so busy that they can't answer the phone.
They serve the best Crime Fighting Biscuits in South Pasadena. The customer service is excellent!
I've visited many donut shops, but I don't recall Winchell's being this impressive. This has become my new favorite donut spot. It's very clean, offers a wider selection than any other shop nearby, and the staff is always friendly. The prices are affordable, and parking is easy.
My goto on my office days, fresh delicious doughnuts bagels. Their juices are really good too. Staff are very Nice!
Great clean place, I just wish they would have stocked up donuts at all times.
