This location surprisingly good! Their 8 piece family meal is a deal with 8pcs of nice chicken, a salad, mashed potatoes gravy, beans, tortillas salsa and churros was around $20 with coupon!! Pretty good value! View all feedback.

This particular Pollo Loco location appears to be one of the most poorly run of the local outlets. I’ve gone there several times to get there four piece meal and the chicken that I have received has always been overcooked and dry, and no matter what time of day I show up they are always out of Coke Zero. It appears that that store needs a new manager. The other locations that are close by are much better. View all feedback.

Very disappointed from this place.... I will never come back.. the reason is I told the lady to give me fresh chicken juicy and I think she understood to give me dry and overcook chicken Very bad!!!!!!!
The chicken was dry, and the service was terrible. They don't even bother to ask you if you need anything! Almost all pollo locos are the same. They don't have quality product and the service is awful!
Had to wait long for a small order. Only one employee working cashier , order taking, pack up orders, add salsas and condiments alone. One cook only. Need more help. Took ,30 min for a chicken salad.
