I can't recommend her restaurant highly enough. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals. The prices are reasonable as well. During our vacation here, we enjoyed every meal at their restaurant.

Moreover, the female manager displayed rude and disrespectful behavior towards my friend when he went to clarify our order. She yelled at him, saying they "must" have the Hollandaise sauce. It was humiliating for him, especially with everyone in the restaurant watching. We've been regular customers here, but witnessing such unprofessional conduct from a manager is unacceptable. It felt more like a high school confrontation, complete with name-calling directed at a customer. If this is how they treat patrons with a manager like that, we might start visiting Daddy O's instead, where the staff have always been polite. As for the manager's claims, I must stress that we had a friend with us who witnessed everything. It's hard to believe a 60-year-old man would jump up and scream for a refund. Such contempt towards a customer is simply unacceptable. The manager even admitted on the phone that it was her mistake for not checking the bag before we left the restaurant.

The food was disappointing. The haddock and scallops had an overly fishy taste and still had bits of plastic on them when served. The coleslaw was bland, just tasting like lettuce and mayonnaise with no seasoning. The ribeye steak had more fat than actual meat. Additionally, the air conditioning was too cold, and when I requested to have it turned off, they couldn't find the remote. I won't be coming back.

Ordered 2 takeout dinners by phone. Both dinners ordered with baked potatoes. Arrived to pick up, dinners ready,was told no baked potatoes available, so they subbed what they wanted, never asked what we wanted. Their choice was not something my 93 year old mom could eat, so settled for mashed potato. Got home in less than 5 minutes, potato was literally cold as well as rest of meal. Never heard of a restaurant deciding your choices for you! Have eaten there many,many times over many years. This was unacceptable. I was especially disappointed for my mom, as takeout is now her only option!
