What User doesn't like about Luchador Tacos:
I was there to pick up an order for someone else, and I was spoken to rather rudely. I was told, “It will be ready in less than five minutes, just so you know; we have 15 more minutes to make it.” All they needed to say was, “It’s not quite ready; we’re working on it now.” The tall girl at the counter was also giving orders to the other staff members in a harsh tone. Food is always delicious, ready on time, and the staff is top notch. We love the occasional extra menu items the staff will make available like special desserts or authentic drinks. If you like heat, you’ve got to get the red sauce on your taco or burrito. You won’t be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Our kids love the quesadillas, cowboy tacos, and nachos. There are menu items just for kids, and the restaurant is bright and colorful. Great environment for families.
They were busy, long line, I saw the kiosk and thought that might speed things up. It did not. It took an hour to get my meal. I realize they were very busy and under staffed, but kiosk orders should not be set aside, behind people who came in after I did, to order in the line, or the on line orders. Kiosk orders should be placed in the order they are made, and not shuffled to the back. The food , as usual, was very good, the manager made some concessions for me, which I greatly appreciated. I fully intend to go back again, but will never use the kiosk again.
There were only 2 employees working when we arrived. Both working very hard, with great positive attitudes. When asked, they admitted they had 2 calls outs. Even with 1/2 staffing, we had great food with quick friendly service.
