The celery sticks were outstanding—fresh and crispy. The ranch dressing was served at the perfect temperature. There was an unhappy customer who seemed frustrated about the wait for his meal, but he was distracted by the ambiance. Overall, I had a great experience, and the staff was very friendly. This situation is quite frustrating. The wait times are long, and the food is consistently served cold and often incorrect. Additionally, my calls to the restaurant frequently go unanswered, and when they do pick up, I'm put on hold for 10 to 20 minutes. View all feedback.
Wingstop is always really good quality food at very reasonable prices so it's a given there but the service is where they totally lacked this time. The woman in the front took a little while to come to the front counter and help the people who got there before me. I placed an order online so it was quick for me but while taking their order she would respond to the man looking away from him or cover her mouth. I think it was extremely rude that the man had to keep asking her to repeat herself and then her get annoyed with him. Customer service is a must in a setting like this!!
Arnie aka jessica was great! we have ordered and picked up online to go back to our property! he has checked the order with us, all taken to the car, and bonus made us laugh. nothing beats good customer service. if they leave a facility with a huge smile, that's a victor!
This place has employees working with no gloves. The cook name Rolando, extremely rude that we where upset about how he is handling our food. He grab the French fries with no gloves to get them on the fryer. Then he proceeded to grab a rag that dropped to the floor first and then clean with that dirty rag the counter where they prep our food. He continuesly keeps grabbing everything with no gloves while the fries come out from the fryer. He kept glancing at us, he came to us asking what do we need. My husband tells him that is clearly that he cross contaminating food. He gets offended like we are in the wrong to be upset. And then he decides he wants to cancel everyone else's orders because he was mad. He clearly said he didn't care if I contact the city to report this issue. We are from Houston TX. And this gave us a horrible experience
Wings were good but I ordered celery sticks and didn't get them when got back to the condo. Woman at counter was not helpful. A man behind the counter named Arnie was more helpful and nice.
Placed an order online and went to pick up.. was attended by Arnie.. he was AWESOME!!!!.. he had some of the BEST customer service skills I’ve experienced in a very long time.. thank you Arnie.. hope to be back soon..
