The staff is super friendly and attentive. You can order drinks and food to go to the beach. Many open seats. Very cost-effective. The food is not the largest, but it is filling for a fast bite and cheap. Drinks are cheap and well made. Great view of the sand volleyball area. View all feedback.

Very very poor customer service- heavier set woman working the bar has very little bartending experience. Watched her cuss out an older woman for bringing a cooler, and when my wife asked if she could sit down she said “I guess you can”. Wouldn’t re make my margarita when she watered it down. So sad been here for years and one bartender has to ruin it for such a great hotel. View all feedback.

This is the best spot on the island for coconut shrimp. They also serve fantastic drinks, and it's conveniently located near the beach.
We enjoyed our stay there. Chris and all the staff were friendly, nice and polite. Chris stole us with a nice room. We could see the beach from our room. My wife and I went to the South Padre Island for our wedding anniversary. Even if you do not get a room overlooking the beach that is ok because you will be on the beach in less than a minute or you can enjoy some music and have some drinks at the bar to the beach and speak in this cool breeze. I visited this restaurant when it was still Boomerang Billy's, and I was worried that it would lose its wonderful atmosphere. Thankfully, it didn't—it's even better now! The place is much cleaner, the food remains fantastic, and the drinks are just as strong as before. Although prices have gone up slightly, the value is still excellent. Your location is perfect, and I really appreciate the updates you've made. We brought some friends who had never been before, and they loved it just as much. We'll definitely be returning!
