El Campeon De Los Pollos

I ordered food for delivery and paid in cash. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing, and when I called to complain, the manager refused to issue a refund, citing store policy. I expressed my concern about the possibility of getting sick from the food and mentioned that I could report this to the health department, but the manager showed no concern. Instead, they threatened to put me on a block list. I had to insist on speaking to someone and even requested the manager's name, but they declined to provide it. I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant! 11/12/22.

WARNING! These people will take advantage of their customers. They set prices randomly, ignoring what the menu states. In an attempt to compete with the roti shop across the street, the staff at this restaurant show blatant disrespect to paying customers. BE AWARE, PATRONS!

This store will rob you if you don't pay attention. They constantly overcharge customers by a few dollars. For instance fish is $3 a piece and a small order of rice is $4.50. Somehow 2 pieces of fish and a small order of rice is $13 dollars. There's aline across the street at Trincity for a reason, they actually have good customer service and don't intentionally rob theircustomers.

I wanted to dine in but there was no waitress service, so I thought. A man, 2 people behind, cut the line was able to order his food and was served at a table. Makes no sense! The stream table was Unorganized the service was just not good! I was stillgoing to try dine in but I just wanted out of there, so I took it to go! Food was Okay, could have been more fresh (steamtable)!

We've ordered catering from this restaurant twice, and both times have been fantastic experiences. They offer free delivery if you live nearby. I highly recommend the pernil, beef, and stew chicken.
