Village Inn - South Ogden

We were looking for a relaxed place to have an early dinner and this Village Inn site was just what we hoped. The host was polite and sat quickly. Serving staff quickly took our drink order. A little slower to take our food order, but it was one of only 2 servers we could see during the time. All in all, we were very satisfied with the service and the food was great. We would recommend this Village Inn location.

This Village Inn is excellent. I rarely get something that is not above the par. The food is very good. My favorites are the eggs Benedict and the Wisconsin cheddar soup. The real treatment of this place is the waiting staff and the management. At first, the waiting staff is so good that we have become friends with everyone. They are always very friendly and eager to serve you a good meal. Then management is excellent. We've been here for 11 years (that should tell you something) and I never had a meal here if a manager wasn't at the table to ask how the meal is. They are also very personal. So enjoy!

I often come here because the service here is always above the top, I don't even have to ask for additional lemons for my tea or refilling. When someone working on the sale, I saw a very annoyed customer and was impressed by the way the staff treated it. Always so friendly and professional!! Eating is also great and they always play good music. This is the only village house I'm going to visit because I'm not much at chain restaurants. Excellent staff and thus excellent experience.

Always a great spot to get food in South Ogden, no matter what hour or time of day you show up. The pie is delicious and on Wednesdays, it's free, so you can't beat that! I like the scrambles bowls personally: You get a ton of food and never leave hungry.

The Reuben sandwich was actually pretty good! The fries were well seasoned too. I was impressed because not every village inn has the best reputation for good quality food. But this one definitely had good quality.
