We enjoy their pizza. Problem is, we placed an online order, only half arrived. That’s ok, mistakes happen, but when you call to see how you can get a refund for food not delivered or to get the completed order, they say they can’t help you and to contact door dash. For the fourth time in a row over the last few months, I have had an order made incorrectly, or half of the order was missing when I pick up (On time, or shortly thereafter) and I'd have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes depending on how busy they are. I have also witnessed other customers with incorrect orders and waiting for their complete order on the days I have had to wait extra time. I will no longer support this location as 4 consecutive times in a row for recurring mistakes is extremely unprofessional!!!
Food is always good, however they need to pay more attention to their orders when making them. I have ordered an all meat crust less bowl twice now in the last month and the first time I ordered it with creamy garlic sauce and got the normal pizza sauce. This time I ordered all meat and added bacon, onions and zucchini along with creamy garlic sauce. The only thing I got in my bowl was the items I added on and not the rest of the ingredients that are on an all meat and I was charged extra for the ingredients I added so I should have gotten everything

We always use Papa Murphy 's on Harrison in southOgden. Good, fast service, very accommodating staff and always good pizza.Tonight was obviously OUT OF CONTROL! Customers waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a simple pizza. And the store was not busy at 5:15 on a Friday afternoon. The manager said sorry we are swamped! They obviously were not.I 'm not one to dis one of our favorite places. However this was so out of character for Papa Murphy 's we thought it should be brought to someone 's attention.Rich [hidden email]
