The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We tried the lamb ribs, popcorn chicken, spring rolls, and eggplant, and everything was delightful. The service was excellent and quick, too. While the ambiance isn’t the greatest, it's worth looking past that, as the quality of the food and service truly shines. You won’t be disappointed! The dishes are creative but not overdone. I can still find and enjoy the original flavours. I'm not a fan of beef pho even when I was in Vietnam. I go to Rice Kitchen for duck noodle salad, young rice popcorn and iced coffee.
Rice kitchen is my personal favourite for clean, authentic and just really yummy food Vietnamese food. Extremely friendly staff and a cosy restaurant with sticky hash browns and bun cha pork patties which will keep me coming back for more
Very impressed with our visit to Rice Kitchen! Such a warm and pleasant little restaurant to relax in. <br/ <br/ We ordered:<br/ Fried eggplant bao buns<br/ Chicken spring rolls<br/ Oxtail curry <br/ Bun Cha Ha Noi<br/ <br/ Everything tasted fresh and flavoursome. <br/ The eggplant bao buns were the highlight! Couldn't fault the crispy eggplant and pillowy, fresh bao buns. The oxtail curry was also tasty and the serving was generous. Would definitely come back to try the other items on the menu (the hashbrowns and pho rolls looked so good!!
Best Vietnamese in Melbourne. Really fresh and the dishes I have never eaten food like this. Modern Vietnamese get the duck dishes. Very friendly staff
There are plenty of vegan and omnivorous options available. The staff is incredibly friendly and delivers exceptional service. The prices are reasonable, and the location is fantastic.
