It's quiet, so perfect f... read more As a writer, I am a coffee shop elitist, and I'm pretty picky. I don't live over here, and I'm so bummed because this place is awesome. It's quiet, so perfect for writing. It also has a cute makers market, so when I take a break there is lots to look at. The girls at the counter were so sweet, and the food was surprisingly excellent. Plus, the coffee is STELLAR. I wish I could give more stars.

You can loun... read more This coffee shop/gift shop in South Lyon has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, cheerful service and a lovely collection of wares made by local artists. You can lounge by the fireplace with your coffee or sit at a table. Occasionally there is live music, which is what drew me there. The next performance is in March to honor St Patrick's Day. This shop is definitely worth checking out. I know I'll be back!
