The restaurant offered fresh food with courteous and professional staff. My companion and I arrived on a Sunday night when it was not too busy, so we were promptly seated. Our waiter, Mo, was polite and quickly took our order. We both chose the "Monster Burger" with seasoned fries. We were very satisfied with our meal and Mo did a great job managing the numerous tables efficiently. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews:
Burgers and chicken sandwich was yummy. Fondue for fries hardened to quickly and hubby didn't like it. Server very absent and stayed at nearby tables to chat a lot ... I got up to ask for napkins and a knife from the bartender instead of interrupting her. Plus, they were out of milkshakes. View all feedback.

My wife ordered the vegetarian burger with a side salad instead of a bun and enjoyed it. I opted for the BBQ brisket burger, which was satisfying. The bacon was slightly overcooked and the brisket resembled pulled pork. The burger patty was the highlight, very tasty. We also tried the small onion ring tower as an appetizer and enjoyed it with the various sauces. Make sure to request fresh fries if they are not served piping hot and crispy. The staff had no issue accommodating this request and it made a significant difference in the meal.
We adore this restaurant. The food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. While the hamburgers are delicious, there are plenty of options on the menu for those who aren't fans of them. We especially enjoy their entreé salads like the Avo-Cobb-O and Southwest salads. The Ensenada chicken plate is another tasty choice. Recently, we tried their pizza, which is a new addition to the menu. The take-out service at the restaurant is very well-organized.
The Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Sandwich at Red Robin was absolutely amazing. I have been a fan of their Crispy Chicken patty for over 15 years, and it was great in this sandwich. Unfortunately, the Steamed Broccoli was undercooked this time, which was disappointing since I ordered six orders of it. The Poppin Purple Lemonade was overly sweet and not worth the price. However, the Freckled Lemonade was delicious as always. The Steak Fries were also delicious, just as expected.
I used to dine at this restaurant, but it has been about four years since my last visit, so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the burgers were overcooked, dry, and not edible. Additionally, they forgot to bring me the lemonade I ordered, and the fries were soggy and had a strange taste. This experience was definitely not up to par with what I remembered. I do not recommend dining here at all.
