The Crown Tavern - South Lanarkshire

Have been in the slot for nights and drinks for several years. the staff is always friendly and helpful. the last thing I was there, we used the work room for a break, dinner and drink the dinner was a set menu and nice the drinks in the small upper etage bar were limited, but the staff below would bring drinks up and down from the pornstars and I was happy to come down and drink as the staff had busy since it was a busy day of business

Decent food, reminiscent of home cooking. The decor with a feminine touch is unappealing. It seems like someone without professional training did the painting. I requested extra desserts instead of chips or carrots. I hope my portion wasn't small, as I would be disappointed. The dishes were okay, nothing exceptional. Service was slow, and I left with doubts.

Oh my goodness, this was the best pub restaurant I've ever eaten at! I was staying in New Lanark Mills and decided to try this place for a change after it was recommended by a taxi driver. I was pleasantly surprised as I had initially thought it was just a small pub. The quality of the food was amazing, with generous portions and a fabulous selection on the menu. It's clear that they have talented chefs in the kitchen. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was charming. Overall, it's a hidden gem of a place.

This is a wonderful spot for families to enjoy a meal. The food selection is excellent with many options to choose from, and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Except dogs sitting on the table drinking from a stainless steel bowl, I thought it was great. the personal is beautiful. beautiful place. even my dogs love friends found that a bit ****.
