This restaurant offers extremely poor customer service. I waited ten minutes just to be seated, another ten minutes to receive menus, and I'm still waiting for a drink. It seems like there's only one person working here, and the quality of this place has really declined; I doubt it will stay open much longer. Don't waste your time coming here—you could be stuck for hours just trying to get a meal. There are much better dining options in Tahoe with far superior customer service. This experience is simply unbelievable.

The food is absolutely incredible! We came here after being disappointed by another nearby restaurant. We ordered the ahi poke nachos, Brussels sprouts, Thai lettuce cups, a jalapeño burger, and mango habanero wings (which were much spicier than we anticipated), along with some drinks. Everything was spot on; we had a group of seven, and not a single person had any complaints (which is quite a feat with a group of women!). The bartender also made the drinks perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The happy hour specials are fantastic! You can get $3 off appetizers and $5 well drinks. I loved the variety of flavors in the brisket nachos. The brisket tacos were satisfying, though a bit on the fatty side. However, the BBQ sauce paired perfectly with them.

The food wasn't great, and the service during both of my visits was also lacking. It's important for servers to remember that they rely on tips!

However, beyond those mistakes, the wings were overwhelming, the poke nachos had a taste of old fish, and the brisket sandwich seemed like it had been microwaved—it was really disappointing. To top it off, we never received the Brussels sprouts we ordered. When we got the bill, it included the Brussels sprouts we hadn’t received, and it also included an automatic gratuity that we were unaware of. Upon requesting a revised bill without the Brussels sprouts, we were informed that the automatic gratuity was applied due to the size of our party. However, automatic gratuity is typically for parties of six or more. It felt like management recognized the number of mistakes made but ensured we couldn't leave a smaller tip. Let me clarify: my friends and I had no intention of tipping less because the waitstaff were genuinely nice and did their best. Yet, the questionable practices of management and the poor quality of the food left a bad impression.
