Izabella Italiano - South Lake Tahoe

Amazing ambience, service and delicious food! We were recommended by a local business in the city after we were over the other location of this restaurant, Scusa, and we were so impressed Izabella. The garlic bread was great. Dinner came soon after the appetizer and looked flawless. The seafood-filuccine dish had such a fantastic taste as well as the seafood risotto! Don't skip the desserts! Nicely presented and also lovely. Great selection of wine and beer. Every employee was incredibly nice and happy to be there! This is definitely a place where we will return every time we are in Tahoe.

By far one of the best experiences of customer service I had in a while. After Izabella did not have the best of luck with restaurants lately, Izabella was definitely an oasis of good food and even better service. Eric, our waiter, made sure we never need anything. He recommended the herb-crusted salmon that did not disappoint...5 out of 5 stars from me.

Amazing food!! It?s expensive but worth it. We went here for a celebration dinner and it was perfect!! The servers were attentive and professional. The food and wine was delicious!! I ordered ravioli, cheese cake we started off with bruschetta and I don?t even like tomatoes and thought it was good. My husband ordered lasagna and said it was delicious too. We left this restaurant with full stomachs and happy faces.

Great Italian food. So the dishes we ordered were good, including the warm bread and the Calamari. Only exception was the spaghetti with meatballs that tasted the gland unlike the other dishes.

All I can say is WOW! My friend and I had a nice romantic dinner at Izabella. Raphael was an amazing server. The Chianti wine was incredible. Our food was AMAZING. We just came back from Italy, and the food was just as good if not better than the food we had in Italy. We have loved our experience here and will be back. The chickens Piccata and the lasagna were amazing, the most important courses. The crispy artichoke was so good, and the table bread was for THE FOR! We'll be back at our next visit to Tahoe.
