A LOT better than the Carrow's breakfast we had before we hit the slopes. It was a bit hidden in the casino but well worth it for a decent breakfast. You'll be asked to wait to be seated. The dining room is large and there are flat screens displaying the current Keno winning numbers. The cushions in the booths was exactly what our tooshies needed after all the falls we took yesterday at Sierra. The breakfast menu had... View all feedback.
What Bone D doesn't like about D-ranch:
my friend's recommendation reputation took a huge hit after claiming that this was the best omlet he has ever eaten. it turns out he's asian and has no idea what a tasty omlet tastes like (hint: they taste like 2 out of 5 stars). he vomited up his meal outside a casino soon after. life has such a beautiful balance to it, doesn't it? a plus: coffee in a pitcher and constant refills of precious joe at all moments of th... I attended this same location with bone D below me (that rhymes) and I must agree with him on the 2 stars. It's in a damn casino literally 40 feet away from slots, craps tables, and degenerate gamblers..how good do you REALLY thing it's going to be?? my friend did love their take out bags that she was going to use for her volcano so I guess that's a plus. it filled me up, but I wasn't impressed. my chen friend vomited all day long after eating their belgian waffle.
Christine and I REALLY enjoy the breakfasts here. We tend to get the Country Breakfast. Hers comes with French Toast and scrambled eggs, mine with hotcakes and over-medium eggs. One warning. If you're a Starbuck's or Peet's fanatic, you may want to avoid the coffee. It's typical coffee shop sludge. OK, two warnings... the buffet, when available, is something to avoid. It's not remarkable and cases of turista have been reported.
It's a 24-hour casino restaurant, and not a particularly good one. If it's not 3 am and/or snowing like crazy, stop being lazy and go find some real food. You could do better at the Raley's down the street.

The cushions in the booths was exactly what our tooshies needed after all the falls we took yesterday at Sierra. The breakfast menu had quite a few selections create your own omelette, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, belgium waffles, etc. I had the two eggs, hash browns and split a short stack with a friend. Pretty good food. Everything was nice. Servers, food runners, cashier, etc. FYI the bathrooms are in the WAY back pn your right behind an unmarked door.
With everything really busy and a group of 15 starving, this was our best bet at eating some food without going to a fast food spot. While in Tahoe this weekend we stopped into Harvey's Casino (where I got owned of $200 in a matter of 30 mins) for a regular dinner. This place is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can find your standard food items the best place I can really compare it to is denny's they have breakfast, lunch and dinner. All for about $30 for two. As expected they do serve alcohol here. This isnt my PRIME choice for eating in vegas however its very close and located RIGHT next to the tables.. so with that being said.. Ill come here anytime Im in tahoe
