one of my most popular ice cream networks in the usa, but unfortunately this place has really bad employees: very ineffective and even aggressive! They exceeded expectations. When an item was not available, they provided alternative options.
There is a substantial amount of ice cream in the "Like it" size at this restaurant.
I'm not a fan of Cold Stone, but the service here is nice. The place is pretty dirty, to be honest. 4 out of 5 stars.
I ordered a hot chocolate, but ended up receiving two cold chocolates instead. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that their machine was broken. I left with overpriced tea (they do not offer price adjustments) and encountered poor customer service. The manager was rude and simply said "BYE" as we paid for two teas instead of hot chocolate. The atmosphere was strange and I would recommend avoiding this tourist trap.
