Baja Fresh is a clean dining room and toilets, with great customer service and the food is in open kitchen and the chefs wear gloves. The salsa bar has a variety of interesting salsas, the food is great if you order Burritos you have a way to choose what kind of beans you want and how sharp you prefer your food. This is a very good Mexican food place in a very beautiful area. People are friendly and they haven't taken much time to prepare the articles. The place is very special on weekdays, but you can expect a lot of quantity during busy times. I am vegetarian and have a good number of veggie options.

This place is in a nice location and the food tastes great.
The food was excellent and expertly seasoned. The service was also very good. They have a self-service salsa bar where you can choose from 5-6 different salsas. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions. We tried the enchilada-style burritos, American soft tacos, and tostada salad, and we enjoyed every dish!
It's a lovely restaurant! However, the guacamole had too much salt, which gave me a headache later. While I've always enjoyed the food at Baja, I felt that the portions here were significantly smaller compared to the Tostadas I've had in other cities, and the presentation wasn't as neat either; it was irregular instead of being shaped like a bowl. The place is clean and conveniently located near the shopping center.
