What higvin likes about Harbour Cafe:
This cafe near the Salcombe waterfront offers a great selection of ice cream flavors in a cone. We particularly enjoyed the peppermint/chocolate and blackcurrant/sorbet options. The espresso was also very good. After enjoying a treat from the cafe, we recommend checking out the nearby maritime museum, which is interesting and worth a visit. View all feedback.
