Yoshinoya Tweedy California

This fast food place is always a convenient stop on my way home. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food arrives hot when I get home. I typically order the XL combo with Habanero chicken and Teriyaki chicken. The spring rolls are pretty good and come with a tasty dipping sauce.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and after waiting 30 minutes, my order was canceled. I understand that it can get hectic, especially during peak hours, but I wish they would at least try to fulfill the orders.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had to place my order online due to the uncomfortable register experience. After my meal, I inquired about using the restroom, and the employee informed me that it was unavailable. There was no sign on the restroom door indicating this. I feel that this employee did not provide good customer service. I urge the manager to supervise the staff more closely, especially since many of them are quite young. During my visit to this Yoshinoya, I noticed that many of the employees, particularly the one who assisted me, seemed more focused on their phones than on providing service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It's a cozy place. Always clean. And food preparation is about standard.

This location the last 3 times I have ordered and ask the chicken to be well done, they don't. When I let them know I asked for well done I get an attitude and make me wait upto 20 minutes for them to get the order correct. Also they no longer put sesame seeds or onions.
