Whoever is in charge of saucing the wings deserves a shout-out—they truly are the real MVPs! They always apply just the right amount of sauce!

They offer some of the coldest beer around, and the wings are fantastic if you're a fan of Wingstop. I came with a big group, and everyone loved it.

It seems like there might be new management and cooks, as the food was very good. The fries were fresh and not greasy like I remember. Great job to this location!

Unfortunately, most staff wouldn’t accept i... read more I visited Wingstop two nights ago and didn’t have my physical credit card with me, only a temporary one on my phone. Unfortunately, most staff wouldn’t accept it, even when I asked if they could manually enter the card info. They kept saying, “No, we can’t do that here,” but it felt more like no one wanted to take the time to help or provide good customer service. I asked again if someone could assist me since I wasn’t short on money. Suddenly, like in that song “Turn around,” Jackie stepped in to help. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and focused, making sure all my needs were met. Jackie handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. My daughter and I felt very lucky to have met her that night. I hope there are more employees like her. I just wanted to make sure Jackie gets recognized for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jackie!
