I just discovered that they’ve added vegan sandwiches to their menu! I intended to take a bite of the sandwich and save the rest for dinner, but that didn’t go as planned. It’s absolutely delicious! The ingredients are simple, yet packed with flavor, and you can even pair it with a coffee (made with oat or soy milk).
