Worst experience at a Panda location. They didn’t have most healthy items available and didn’t make an effort to replenish. The employees used the excuse of an outrageous cooking time to avoid service. There was no napkin’s available. The cashier used the excuse of “manager went to get some napkins”. Lack of effort, lack of customer service and no remorse.
No spoons to eat the broken rice.it is not authentic chinese food as it tastes nothing like it as a chinese person.overpriced too. $35 for 1 rice and a bit of meat.very pathetic.Do not eat!!!!!
Yahi the manager at South Gate had my family and I wait for 15 minutes in the line because she was doing all the online orders until my husband told her what time was she thinking of attending us.Karen cashier horrible attitude and was following along with manager and on top of that I had a discount on the app and did not take it. Hopefully their boss reads this and takes some action for it.
The food is delicious, only that they serve few portions for the price you pay.Parking: The square where it is located has a large parking lot.
