This is the only chipotle that is 9x out 10 always out of both steaks everytime i stopped by at 7x thinking they got new cooks or more fajitas guacamole and chi... read more This is the only chipotle that is 9x out 10 always out of both steaks everytime i stopped by at 7x thinking they got new cooks or more fajitas guacamole and chips anywhere from 4pm until they close they never do .. the laziest team members and theynever want to accommodate the customers like seriously they have hours before they close and don?t even offer to make a freshbatch of anything .. don?t come here if you plan on getting any of those items with your order those grills get cleaned early sothat they don?t have to keep working

Told the employee so how are u guys going to make guac for tomorrow he said we make it in the morning which doesn’t make sense.happens every time I come to this location. Don’t come here if ur looking to get food past 6 pm.

I always expected my food to look fresh, and if it did... read more I used to work at Chipotle Mexican Grill years ago as a store manager, and nothing is like it used to be. I always expected my food to look fresh, and if it didn’t, I would simply ask for a fresh batch of meat or beans. The place was always clean back then. I’ve been visiting this Chipotle for a while now, but every time I go, it feels like they don’t put as much effort into maintaining quality or creating a friendly environment. The customer service has become disappointing. Just yesterday, the beans looked dry and unappetizing, and instead of replacing them with a fresh batch in a new container, an employee poured fresh beans on top of the old ones, which goes against basic FIFO (first in, first out) rules that we strictly followed when I was a manager. I told my husband it’s just not the same anymore. One thing I noticed is the staff seems younger, which might be a factor. Back in my time, my team was outstanding—providing great customer service, being very friendly, and keeping the restaurant spotless. It’s unfortunate because the menu used to reflect that same level of care and quality.

Their phone system makes it nearly impossible to contact the local store—you're stuck dealing with an automated system. Even their chat feature can’t connect you to the store. I recommend sticking to mom-and-pop shops instead; they ensure your order is correct and actually answer the phone. Goodbye, Chipotle. Your service felt impersonal, careless with orders, and your customer service is terrible.
