One of the worst, if not the worst Pollo Loco site in the area. My local primary school has kindergartens that can operate this place more effectively. They are constantly running out of the chicken and their costume service leaves a lot to be desired. I called companies since the employees informed that they did not know how to contact their DM/RM.... it's over a week and company didn't call me back. View all feedback.
Okay, so several things happened on this visit ?. Just bought a family meal at this location a couple minutes ago and we came home to a not-so-appetizing sight. Parts of the chicken were cooked, however every single leg/thigh of chicken we had either had a blood stain or was not fully cooked all the way. After trying to pick out parts of the chicken that we liked, we were disgusted and gave up right away. Apart from that, our order was supposed to be ready at 9:30 and we arrived at around 9:45 and it still was not ready. Waited for a total of 10 minutes just waiting for an order that should have been ready. I am not one to come out here and complain, but my husband and I were extremely hungry and just couldn?t wait to get home and eat. So, by this happening to us, it was just not fair. Managers, I hope you will take this comment as not something to bring your business down, but something to improve your worker?s work ethic.

Customer service ever worst, long lines , people that take order are rude , never have chicken breast , workers are always flirting or touching every other inside . there? a timetable for everything .. fetch them a room .. expect them to wait 30 minutes plus for their order.
I would expect Jack in the box to mess up my order but not Pollo Loco. Its sad people are illiterate. I ordered 2 strawberry lemonades one large and the other regular. Also ordered a regular coke that i never got..instead i just got 2 lemonades regular size. I was going to call and complain but i didnt see no point..
I called to place a order of two tacos and the lady says ?sorry but give me one second? she proceeds to leave me on the line for 15 mins finally I arrived and I told them I tried placing an order over the phone I look down and see the phone just left near the register. Mind this I?m still on the phone while I bring it to their attention. I feel like they do this quite often expecting customers to call and then just hang up after waiting too long
