Honey Berry Pancakes And Cafe

The food at the restaurant was tasty and enjoyable. However, it seemed that the servers were quite busy. We were seated for a while before our server noticed us. We had already decided what we wanted to order by the time she came to take our drink order, and she left before we could tell her our choices. I believe that customers at a breakfast place should be offered coffee within a minute or two of being seated. The server also waited for us to ask for more coffee instead of checking on us proactively. The atmosphere was modern and unique, with a variety of creamer flavors and jams available. The chairs were not very comfortable, but overall the food was of good quality. I would have preferred a more traditional breakfast service with faster coffee refills.

The staff and service at this restaurant were excellent. There are so many tasty dishes to choose from. The chocolate banana bread french toast is absolutely delicious! This is now my go-to breakfast spot.

We have dined at this restaurant before and the customer service is exceptional. Upon arrival, there were a few napkins under the table. The food came out slightly salty, but the waitress promptly addressed the issue. Despite this, the food was still too salty. I ordered the south of the border skillet, banana coconut pancakes, and a hot latte. We may give them another chance, or I might just cook my own breakfast instead. Recently, I returned and had Molly as my server, who provided excellent customer service. However, the food was even worse than before. My requested extras were forgotten, the food was bland, lacked seasoning, and the hash browns in my skillet were burnt, making it unpleasant to eat. The presentation of the dishes is appealing, but the taste and quality of the food are disappointing. I am uncertain if I will return again, as I have given the restaurant multiple chances to improve. I would like to try something else, but I prefer what I like. The dish I ordered should not be difficult to make, as another restaurant prepares it well. I want to support local businesses, so please improve and get it right.

Lets start off with ...the food was ok nothing crazy great ...I had the breakfast burrito with bacon, size was good but flavor was missing , definitely needed something...even the pancakes , tasted bland Some menu options never listed everything thatcomes with or on them aka..raisins etc ..can throw people off when ordering...but as you can imagine great service can helpmedikour food ..in this case service was horrible and made the medikour food even worse... as you can see the 3% surcharge addedto your bill in smaller print..though it says it can be removed it's there yet I only saw one extra expense was the handsanitizer dispenser by the front door absolutely nothing else was seen no partitions etc ...I will pay anything for great foodand service Was not a big fan of M.A burgers before they closed now I know why I'm not a big fan of this place sorry , thebusiness model of These restaurants needs to change for better success...Hope everyone else has a better experience then we did.Good luck
