This one's pretty good. But, very stingy with the cream cheese on my bagel. Update: Still stingy with the cream cheese (Honesty, sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't. Manager needs to set consistent standards, and it needs to be a lot more than it is sometimes). This place either routinely closes before it's posted hours or the posted hours have been incorrect for a bit I've been here twice now between 7-8pm and it's been closed.
Horrible coffee! Every time I go to this location I regret it! It always tastes old or burnt.
Manager was barking orders at the employees while I was at the window, highly unprofessional. Probably why they neglected to give me a knife for my bagel, no napkins, and didn't toast the bagel the way I requested. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with him.
Just left this location with my wife and food tasted weird. To realize it was the cheese. It tasted spoiled. They also burned my wraps. I had order an egg/cheese sandwich and 2 egg/cheese wrap. This is unacceptable when you pay over $10 for food.
Went to Dunkin in Elgin il ordered snacking bacon and coffee. This is about the worst Dunkin I have ever went to. I got 4 pieces of bacon that were cold and burnt. For 4.00? Are you kidding me. Asked is that all I get for 4 bucks and the person said YES. What a rip off. Will NEVER go to them again. DoN OT recommend. Country donuts is better, cheaper coffee and GREAT customer service.
