This one's pretty good. But, very stingy with the cream cheese on my bagel. Update: Still stingy with the cream cheese (Honesty, sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't. This restaurant either frequently closes before its posted hours or the posted hours have been incorrect for some time. I've been here twice now between 7 and 8 PM, and both times it was closed.
Awful coffee! Every time I visit this place, I regret it. It always has a stale or burnt flavor.
The manager was shouting orders at the staff while I was at the window, which felt very unprofessional. This might explain why they forgot to give me a knife for my bagel, didn’t provide any napkins, and didn’t toast the bagel as I requested. I really sympathize with the employees who have to work under those conditions.
Just left this location with my wife and food tasted weird. To realize it was the cheese. It tasted spoiled. They also burned my wraps. I had order an egg/cheese sandwich and 2 egg/cheese wrap. This is unacceptable when you pay over $10 for food.
Went to Dunkin in Elgin il ordered snacking bacon and coffee. This is about the worst Dunkin I have ever went to. I got 4 pieces of bacon that were cold and burnt. For 4.00? Are you kidding me. Asked is that all I get for 4 bucks and the person said YES. What a rip off. Will NEVER go to them again. DoN OT recommend. Country donuts is better, cheaper coffee and GREAT customer service.
