Processed order at the window because app wasn't adding donut for a dollar. I placed my order but wasn't told my total so I assumed the drink was $2 and donut $1. I was not given a total. I pass for an Ice coffee and I got the worst attitude from this young girl for no reason .

When I questioned the associate she said it's my responsibility to know that the drink price was only through the app. I explained the issue with not getting the discount on the donut, which was why I ordered at the window she again says it's my responsibility. Why do some employees not understand good customer service? It took nothing to be polite. Also if I would have been told my total I would have known there was a pricing error. I will not be returning to this location.
Always so rude! When they mess up your order they always act like that’s what you order so you need to pay and leave! I have buy here many time as most of the time they are rude!
If I could put zero stars, I would. The customer service is completely horrible. The girl that was taking out order was on her phone the entire time and very rude when I mentioned that she was on her phone instead of paying attention to what we had ordered. She even had the nerve to tell me to deal with it, when I asked for a manager and corporate when she refused and I told her it was her obligation to give me that info. I will never go there again.
It took way too long!!!! How complicated can it be for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees?
