Mcdonald's - South El Monte

$20/min has this place struggling. I came here for some fries. I asked for ketchup and they are out of ketchup. How does that make any sense? This poor business is struggling to keep up now. ?

Very bad place, the food was salty, the meat was salty, they didn't give me ketchup for the chips, I tried to ask, no one paid attention to me, too many homeless people inside asking for money, it feels very unsafe, the bathrooms are disgusting without toilet paper or hands, completely dirty

Cashier girl is very rude, she didn't give me any napkins or ketchup, and when I asked if I could get napkins and ketchup she slammed them on the counter instead of placing them in bag. Not happy with customer service...

Ordered a burger on the App and got here @9:00pm left the drive thru @9: 32! Very very slow service,not fast food at all! They dont even know that did I ordered.

They always miss something. Today was one simply medium order of french frie...Prices has gone up but service went down.
