Loooove their empanadas! I used to get them at school before the pandemic now they're back for our Farmer's Market event so I of course got some! I got the chicken the beef. The beef one is packed with so much flavor! They're $5 each very filling. Def try them out if you can! View all feedback.
What Cynthia H doesn't like about King's Empanadas:
Today we went to the Monrovia farmers market. The Empanadas look delicious on the pictures, so we ordered one, when we sat down to eat we opened the box and it was frozen and to make things worse the guy was rude. View all feedback.

Can someone told me how to get to this business? I went to 2112 Santa Anita Avenue, El Monte, CA this morning but cannot find the store or truck or food stand. Call the number in yelp but no one pick up the phone . I used to buy their delicious empanadas at Kaiser's Farmers market before the pandemic. Thank you
These empanadas were delicious! Three of us were all pleased, and look forward to going back to the Sherman Oaks Farmer's Market to buy more. I ate the just-right-spicy veggie empanada that had just a little bite to it. The dough is amazing and has a bit of sweetness to it- a surprising and perfect flavor!!! I have never had an empanada this good. My husband and son ate the Chicken empanada and both gave it a rave review. To prepare our frozen empanadas, we put them on parchment paper in a baking sheet, and then into a 400 degree oven. We found that the 15 minutes that was recommended wasn't enough in our oven, and got them just right at 20 minutes. We highly recommend these wonderful tasty empanadas, and look forward to going back to stock our freezer with more next week.

The empanadas are decent but I made the mistake of ordering a turkey sandwich. It didn't have any lettuce like the description, the turkey was oddly very fatty, and absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever had. For $8.50 you'd expect somethinf edible but a single bite made me gag and lose my appetite. Tell me if the pictures look appetizing.
