We arrived at McDonald’s wanting very basic items. Inc 2 cheese burgers and some tap water. We were told that they will not provide tap water as their machine is broken. They refused to give us bottled water claiming they were “out of stock” despite driving past and seeing they have stock of bottled water. Their suggestion was to “buy some coke” instead. Delicious food and good value for money combined with a new Christmas menu. Great and an unforgettable experience.
I stopped by for a quick coffee but wouldn't go back again. The coffee was just okay and not expensive, but the facilities were lacking. The toilet cubicles didn't even have hooks for jackets. I will look for another place next time.
I can't believe this is real - I went to this restaurant at 5pm on a Monday and they were already sold out of burgers. No apology or alternative was given. This is completely unacceptable, the manager should be fired for their incompetence!
