Wingstop - South Brazos

Usually have a bad experience at this place but this was the worst. To start off the food is always good no complaints about that but the service is some of the worst I’ve ever received. Called to place an order and was on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, and was told I was being placed on hold again. I continued to try to order in store because maybe they were busy but was greeted by someone who then answered the phone in front of me then placed them on hold, asked what I wanted, then disregarded me again and picked the phone back up to talk to whoever was on the line after I couldn’t get a hold of somebody. Ended up walking out, Absolute worst experience I’ve had

1-Before you order take a look on the kitchen, it’s Dirty.2-The food smells bad, tastes really bad.

Poorly cut fries and got the wrong order. Said they didn't have drinks either. 13 bucks for just an incorrect order

C’mon guys. If a health inspector walked in unannounced, y’all would get shut down.

We picked up wings to go. They were overcooked, leaving them dry and so crunchy they hurt to chew. The buffalo wings hardly has sauce. We also didn’t get our veggies stick tray. No napkins packed in the bag. If we didn’t live across town I would have returned the food. I think they rushed due to customer volume.. unfortunately the food quality was less than enjoyable. For the price there needs to be more care.
