Blue Baker - College Station

Almost 5 stars. eating is great, the concept is really cool, and the service was also quite good. it was just something too complicated to get it right. somehow the sides were not all added, the drinks were at different locations, maybe there is a learning curve that gets better. feels like panera is too complicated. just better than panera.

Alanis made my club bleu to perfection, I always drive out a little bit out of the way to visit this place specifically. Highly recommend.

The sandwiches we had were good, so was my coffee . But unfortunately this location was in desperate need of a good cleaning!! Table was sticky and the floor looked like it has not seen a mop or at least seen a broom since last year (4 days ago). Not anything like the location on University!

I have been to this blue Baker before and it was better but tonight was awful! The whole restaurant was dead and absolutely disgusting!! There was unbused tables all over the place. The food tasted old the floor was sticky and disgusting as was the bathroom! I won't be going back.

I have never had a bad experience at Blue Baker. Every time I have went the food is on point and the staff are friendly. I especially like their croissants and I think their Tomato Basil soup is the best.
