Kabab Paradise - South Bound Brook

I and my man went there at 9:40 a.m. and got two plates with rice and bark/huhn. the huh was uncooked in between and we also ordered a middle pommes that look more like a small order from left over pommes from a few hours. yes, we went near the end of the night shift, but it does not mean that we have to pay the full price for left overtime and uncooked. I really don't like to write bed review even if some paint I eat bad quality, but this is so unexpected.

I have been ordering from kabab paradise for years and I should have reviewed them years ago. Their food is consistently delicious! I love their hummus and kabob platters. One meal lasts 2 days and it reheats well. I also appreciate when I tell them about food allergies, that they pay attention and give me what I order.

I cannot believe how unbelievably rude I was treated today at Kabab Paradise. After being a loyal patron for 4 years, today is the last day I will ever order from this location. I placed an order for Uber eats for pick up and upon picking up the order, The owner told me that someone else had already picked up the order. He then blamed me for the situation as he thought I was someone that worked for Uber eats and then proceeded to totally ignore me and walk away without any further communication and left me to stand there clueless. After remaking my order, there was no explanation or apology given. Absolute terrible service and zero respect for customers.

The guy who was on cash register tonight does a horrible job, we came to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner sat on a table waited for over 20 mins no one came to take our order I walked to the cash register guy to ask what’s the deal he said oh u have to make the order first , the employees saw us coming in no one said anything to us about ordering first then set on the table even tho the restaurant wasn’t busy at all when we walked in , I told the guy we’ve been waiting for almost half an hour now can u please just take the order he was like nah sorry stand in the line we are short staffed BUT he was on his phone playing when we walked in first time, it was already a long line we had to wait in so we left , my husband did a takeout order instead he called the restaurant the same guy answered the phone, one of the orders was a hamburger when we got home it was a CHEESE burger and one of the other orders was lamb chops with rice and the rice wasn’t good like it used to be, definitely horrible experience for our anniversary. Today Wensday December 15th 2021 around 7 pm.

I eat here at least once a week. Always great service and great food. I recommend this halal spot over any they have my 5 stars all day
