I absolutely love their grilled chicken sandwich; it's incredibly delicious! For takeout, I had it for lunch, and the price was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich! View all feedback.
What Christopher Stalk doesn't like about Bojangles:
I understand why there’s a sign on the Pilot door asking customers not to mention Bojangles in their reviews. The service here was quick and friendly, but the food was just average. The only real problem was with my wife's order. We usually request an egg platter, as that’s how I’ve always ordered it. It typically comes with eggs, sausage, grits, and a biscuit, but this location claimed it wasn’t a menu item. Instead... View all feedback.
We ended up pulling into the parking lot of Bojangles to regroup. I managed to calm Sadie down and asked Mason if he wanted to eat there. I wasn’t sure if the staff could tell we’d been crying, but I was blown away by the fantastic customer service we received. After I ordered our food and turned around to grab the tray while holding Sadie, a wonderful employee named Connie approached me. She offered to help, bringing our food to the table, refilling our drinks, getting ketchup for the kids, and even chatting with them for a bit. It might not have seemed like a big deal, but her kindness meant the world to me. I noted her name tag because I felt she deserved recognition. But Connie wasn't alone in her kindness; everyone at the restaurant was just as friendly! The woman who took care of the tray even asked if the kids wanted extra sugar on their cookies. Another woman came on her break to chat with the kids, and a man who appeared to be the manager also took the time to engage them. It was clear that this establishment was well-managed and had amazing employees who truly cared for their customers. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I walked in feeling overwhelmed, and left feeling calm and appreciated.
She closed early, but the manager was incredibly attractive and personally took my order. The chicken was delicious, and the generous serving of hot sauce really enhanced the flavor!

This stop was more out of necessity than choice. At the end of the day, we filled our stomachs, and that’s what matters.
