I ordered a pick up takeaway from Aspera just before Xmas. My wife and I both ordered chicken dishes and in the early hours of the morning we both were sick several times and took my wife 3 days to get out of bed. As you can imagine this completely ruined our Christmas. I contacted the restaurant and had a conversation over several emails. To cut a long story short, as it is pretty much impossible to 100% prove it came from them (although I have no doubt at all) they won’t even refund me the cost of my meal, not even as a good will gesture. I have been a customer there for serval years now and was under the impression that Aspera prided themselves on customer service. No need to say I won’t be eating here again which is a real shame.
