So here is the deal, I am a brunch fanatic! I'm moving to the South Bend area, and I have to say I have not been impressed with the brunch options around
This is an OK downtown South Bend restaurantI have been twice now, and I cannot rate it higher than 3 stars.
My primary issue with Navarre is the service.
