Jersey Mike's Subs - South Bend

I 've only had the one hot Sub The Big Kahuna and enjoy it but after having it at least five times I 've found it all depends on the cook working the grill on given day ?

Very nice staff. They have gluten free buns and did an excellent job of trying to minimize any cross contamination. They changed gloves got a clean knife for the bread and for the mayo. I will definitely be back as I missed having subs!

We waited over a half an hour in line to get a sandwich. The line was not out the door mind you. We?ve been here a few times and keep coming back because we love Jersey Mike?s food. The service here is among the worst EVERY time. The manager can?t even say hello when he makes eye contact with you when you walk through the door.

The Ireland road location never answers their phone I can call over and over and they won't answer . I have also tried there website a couple times to order food but then the website always messes up and can't get my order through. So frustrating.. I love Jersey Mike's in Mishawaka but this one not so much.. every time I can't get through to them I end up giving Jimmy John's my business instead.. which I like Jimmy John's but every now and then I'd like to be able to order Jersey Mike's to switch it up but I can't get through to them
