Wawa - Souderton

This is my go to Super Wawa. The store is typically cleaned and well stocked. Their gas prices are the best in the area. I have had some issues using mobile pay at some of the gas pumps. The food selection is great and I?ve never had any issues with my orders. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Other then one cashier who seems to be more interested in gossiping then ringing up customers, my experience has always been pleasant here. Gotta have my Wawa!

The food preparation at this restaurant was unsatisfactory. The staff member working behind the counter, who was a short, stocky girl with glasses, prepared our meal without wearing gloves and was quite rude in her demeanor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Our van service was excellent and arrived right on time, but unfortunately, the sandwiches we ordered were quite disappointing. The rolls were hard and stale, the tomatoes tasted old and unappetizing, and both sandwiches ended up soggy and inedible. Sadly, we both ended up feeling unwell after our meal. The order was accurate, without any mistakes, but I blame the poor quality of the sandwiches on Wawa trying to expand their menu and overwhelming their staff. They should focus on what they originally did best: fast, fresh, and delicious sandwiches. Now they're adding burgers and fries, and we’ve decided we won’t be returning to Wawa anymore. It's a real shame.

What a great team this Wawa has, Halie and Emel were great. Halie Always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help everyone. Emel was polite and more than happy, a special request on the deli. Thank you, guys for the great work keep it on

Wawa needs more fully plant-based options. Where is the plant Sizzli? I'll scream from the mountains.
