I found the word "health" in the soba corner of the menu, so I decided to order the natto and grated mountain yam combination. It seemed good for the body, so I ordered it. Just to be safe, I checked the pork dishes, and they use "imo pork"... Imo pork has a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth fat content and doesn't leave a heavy aftertaste; instead, it's refreshing. Okay, I've found reasons to eat pork, so I'll order that as well. While waiting leisurely and searching about pork on my smartphone, the soba noodles loaded with ingredients arrived first. I poured the dipping sauce and mixed it in. The soba had a firm texture, and I enjoyed various textures and flavors. The pork sautéed in the middle was tender and delicious. You could taste the natural flavor of the pork without even adding sauce. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
