that was our last day in sorrento, and it was a nice last dinner. eating was amazing! they were even able to fulfill my nutritional restrictions. we ordered from the a la carte menu, but they brought small tellers between the meals we had ordered. the whole food was divine and the service was impeccable. not to mention the amazing view of the sunset at dinner! highly recommended. What FancyFoodie doesn't like about Lorelei:
This was quite the experience in Italy. we had an eight-course meal. The appetizers that came out and the desserts were my favorite. I did not like the risotto at all. They do have a garden located below the hotel, so all of the ingredients were fresh. Each course was nicely plated and the dessert was artfully crafted. Their vegan menu is out of this world. Best pasta dish we had all week, maybe even ever. This is a Michelin guide restaurant so it is expensive and serving sizes are small but it is worth it for a special occasion. Enormous wine list, service was spectacular and view is unrivaled.
Loved that the chef and staff made for a special vegan tasting menu (6 courses) for my wife and I. The star of the show was the vegan fresh truffle, creamy pasta. Was my favorite pasta of the week we spent on Italy
