very pleasant evening. good eating, service fine, but staff with high-time function pre-occupied in the main area, so that ice cups and black pfeffer had to be asked. yet, excellent view over the bay of neapel and really good value for money. would be happy to come back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Il Borgo:
my daughter and wife ordered pizza that were burned around the edges black and the pizzas had very little taste. the waiter was about to clear our table after our main meal, but then crashed into a television to watch the football he remains about 10 minutes. at the exit from the restaurant noticed my wife that there would be a woman smoking. this restaurant is a good companion for ramseys kitchen alptraum. Great place, just a little outside the city center. the food was fresh and delicious. highly recommend homemade pasta dishes, and the lemon pfeffer mussels. the service was attentive, despite all lack of staff. because it is more “remove” location, it is not a place to rush through anyway. they offer a very generous free shuttle service back to their hotel. all around, highly recommended for when in sorrento.
A relaxed place. friendly staff, stunning views, great eating. most beautiful evening we had in the opposite of sorrento. free lift back to the city. highly recommended.
The sunset view is mesmerising and then the food came out and we thought we had died and gone to heaven. We had four courses to truly experience the menu and every dish was made to perfection. Definitely worth a visit.
This was the restaurant with the best sight seeing we visited. The food was good but we had to wait for a long time while the restaurant was half full. I think it is a bit touristic but it's definitely worth it for the view.
Antonio was very accommodating on our arrival and had spoken before in regards tother shuttle service they offer. Food was good, reasonable priced. Also they made some dessert as a nice gesture for my girlfriends birthday. The views are awesome too.
