Semola - Sorrent

I really wanted to like this place. I had high expectations. The bruschetta wasn't what I expected or had in mind and the pasta were tasty but not memorable. However the black ink pasta was great! Initially didnt want to mention it but we found a piece of glass in the pasta. My friend has chewed the meat and the glass was in her mouth. Just surprised there was no extra service for this situation. Didnt even offer to change for a new plate in case there was any more glass. Pretentious. Refusing customers service under the guise of being closed. Maybe they didn’t like the look of my shoes (I’ve been travelling long term) or my aesthetic. Get a grip. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Scheduled a reservation on The Fork for 1130AM. For some reason it allowed it even though they open at 12PM just be aware. We had plenty to do for 30 mins so not a big deal. The food was delicious and their patio inviting. Appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 pastas for 69 euro is not bad. Lovely little place.
