This restaurant is aimed at tourists. It looks great and is overcrowded with super helpful waiters. The food was good and the general experience was pleasant, not cheap. I much prefer places where I can sample the local atmosphere with Sorrentini’s as fellow guest. Prosecco was excellent and the complimentary limoncello was a delight. Tasso is most certainly our new favorite place in Sorrento, cannot wait to experience the classy atmosphere and delicious fare on our next turn through southern Italy. I went to the Tasso restaurant on Easter Monday because other restaurants were full and not being from Sorrento we relied on the thousands of reviews this place has. At the end of the day I realized that it is a perfect place for tourists. There is much better out there at even more reasonable prices. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
