We like to visit different towns and cities on o... read more I chose this retaurant as a birthday surprise for my husband while travelling back from the region of Valencia. We like to visit different towns and cities on our way to and from Santander. From start to finish the whole experience was as good as I had read on the reviews of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very classy but understated with comfortable seating and ambient lighting. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive but never overbearing. We had the taster menu priced at a very reasonable 61 euros and a very good local wine of the Ribera region. Each course was wonderfully presented, full of flavour and delighted the taste buds. At the end of the evening as we were leaving the restaurant the Chef came out to thank us for patronising his establishment. We would like to thank all concerned for making the evening such a memorable experience. A visit to Soria just to eat at this restaurant is well worth the effort.
