An absolutely first... read more We recently visited the attractive city of Soria for two days, and decided to try the lunch time degustation menu at Baluarte, for 69 euros. An absolutely first class meal followed, well-thought out, carefully presented, and served, neither too quickly nor too slowly, by polite, skilled, multi-lingual staff. [Later we also met the chef, who certainly is a master of his trade. For us this meal was an exceptional thing, but a great experience, and one to recommend highly.
